Anthony Stilwell, has a degree in Marketing friom the U.K, was a Product Manager at Gilette in Portugal and Spain. Later he took on the role of Marketing and Director at Pepsi Cola Spain, and was responsible for the launch of Pepsi Cola in the Portuguese market. It was as Commercial Director for Lisnave Internacional that Mr. Stillwell went to Luanda and Lobito in Angola (1996 - 1998). Since 1999 he has worked as consultant and Project Director in international commerce in the emerging markets.

Bruno Morales Fonseca - Architect and Urbanist. Graduated from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado - FAAP in Sao Paulo - Brazil. Has several courses aimed at sustainable and ecologically construction. Specialized in urban planning, legal and golf design. In his work portfolio he has many projects he had authored and participated throughout Brazil.

Co-author of the concept Biovillas and effective member of the group Design Resorts since 2007, he is responsible for the sector of urban, golf and landscaping of Reserva Real and other projects of Design Resorts.

Carla Leandro, has a degree in Law from Lisbon University (2000). Before entering Design Resorts, in 2008, she practiced at the law firm Gonçalves Pereira, Castelo Branco in the areas of M&A and Corporate for five years. She is presently responsible for the Legal Department at Design Resorts.

Cintia Pereira is an active lawyer. Bachelor of Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (2006). Specialist broadly in Public Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (2008). She is finishing her Master in Labour Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (2012-2014).

Eder Soares holds a degree in Civil Engineering of FUMEC and degree in Law by Pythagoras College. He has an experience of more than 20 years in management, execution and supervision of civil construction, including residential buildings, commercial buildings, school and hospital. Management of budgets, projects to private and public bids. He also worked on the analysis of contracts and real estate development for various projects, many of these with emphasis on environmental licenses.

Estevão Fiuza, graduated in Administration from the Faculty of Economics at the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Post Graduate in Financial Management at CEPEDERH / UNA and Post Graduate in Public Management from the Federal University of Ouro Preto. Executive with extensive experience in corporate management, working in executive positions in various segments. Recently he held the positions of Director of Operations Mining Company Promotions-Prominas, Assistant Secretary of State for Culture of the Government of Minas Gerais and Administrative and Financial Director of the Society of Higher Education Estacio de Sa. He is a member of the Board of the Brazilian Institute of Finance Executive - IBEF / MG.

Helder Ferreira holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico (Lisbon. Portugal) and a Post Graduation in Operations Management. Experience over 10 years connected with the conduct and direction of the Construction Work in Group PAVIA, including PAVIA Brazil. Before he passed through several construction companies and always worked in the area of Construction Work. He was Director of Production at JAOP and he is currently the Head of the Engineering in the Group Design Resorts.

Henrique Varela, holds a degree in Technical Civil Engineering (Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto). Has a vast experience in businesses related to the Construction and Real Estate sector. Developed an experience in technical areas, as Director of Work and Production of Construction, and in recent years has focused his activity in sales, having managed large sales teams in Adão Imóveis, in Goiania. He was also Managing Partner in several companies in the construction sector.

João Paulo Domingues holds a degree in civil engineering and several post graduate courses in Project Management and Business Management. Effective Member of the Order of Engineers (E2). Developed its activity since 1980 in companies of Construction and Public Works and Estate, including Construtora Ramalho Rosa, SA, SA-Builders Pavia, Pavia, Brazil, and TecnoBet as director and general manager of Manufacturing and member of the executive committee; Construtora JAOP -SA, Construction and Real Estate Cubiurbe, the Fifth Estate Axorda, and Investvales GlobalUrbe as administrator.

João Paulo Carvalho Moreira, holds BS in Biological Sciences and a postgraduate degree in Environmental Analysis (UNA-MG). Worked in Environmental Consultancies in the biotic environment, and participated in research projects for the licensing of allotments, mining and small hydropower centers. He is now responsible for the environment area in Design Resorts.

José Miguel Martins holds an MBA from the University of Chicago (High Honors) and a graduate degree in Economics from the Catholic University of Portugal. Miguel Martins has over 20 years of experience in the real estate market, ranging from managing large-scale real estate companies and mediation agencies to presiding over real estate investment funds and overseeing important and complex projects. He also has experience in the construction sector, both in terms of buildings as well as infrastructure

Luciana Guimarães has a degree in Entrepreneurial Management Business. She worked in the segments of fashion, decorating and real estate. She is currently relationship manager of the Reserva Real.

Luis Festas has an extensive experience in the construction industry and real estate, having been CEO in Pedro Sousa in Romania, in Romania Consortium of OPCA, Tecnovia, LL tome, Jaop and Pedro Sousa; in Construction Company SOMEC-metropolitan Buildings SA (Portugal and Africa). He was shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Construtora Evoluções Técnicas SA.

Luis Pacheco holds a Degree in Civil Engineering from the Instituto Superior Técnico, branch Geotechnical and took a Post Graduate in Operations Management. He joined the staff of the “JAE- Junta Autónoma de Estradas”, where he worked in the analysis of road projects within the geological, geotechnical and pavement areas. It has an experience of 15 years in the profession linked to the direction and execution of constructions, as Director of Production in construction companies and civil engineering. Currently in Design Resorts group, is responsible for budgeting and project coordination, supervision and support works.

Mauro Abreu holds a degree in Accounting, Business Management (PUC-RJ), Specializing in Finance, Management (FGV-RJ and SP), Member of the Council Stock market of Minas, IBEF-MG, MG-ABAMEC, Director of Open, Stock Market, Exchange Bco Mercantil of Brazil, Administrator of Mercantil of Brazil Holdings Bco Investments I, CFO of SLP (TNE, Odebrecht, Ferrotal) Chief P. Finance CNO (Odebrecht) Lieutenant (TNE-Odebrecht) Kieppe (Holding Odebrecht), Management Consultant of Gestao Esso-Brazil Building Group (Mult Service).

Miguel Alpendre holds an MBA from AESE/IESE and a graduate degree in Economics from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa. Before Design Resorts, Miguel established and managed a risk capital fund and worked for a number of years in the field of investment banking. 15 years ago, he worked at Imoloc for 4 years with Miguel Martins and was responsible for diverse administrative and financial activities, especially the management of the Gerimo Fund, a real estate investment fund.

Miguel Monteiro (Landscape Architect), degree in Landscape Architecture from the University Vasco da Gama in Coimbra in 2010, currently finalizing a Master from the University Tras Montes and Alto Douro and specific training in irrigation systems. Conception and execution of landscaping projects in several companies, such as FAArquitectos and UrbanValue, developing projects for residential units, hotels, condominiums, public areas and golf courses.

Mónica Monteiro, degree in Landscape Architecture in June 2010 by the University Vasco da Gama. Course irrigation systems Rain Bird in 2010. Traineeship on FA.Arquitectos LDA, Porto (Portugal). Development of projects with Atelier Architecture FA. LDA Architects from September 2010 until June 2012. Joint projects of Landscaping projects: Conversion of the Hotel of Cineteatro Águia D’Ouro no Porto, Quarteirão das Cardosas project in Porto.

Paulo Palma (Architect), graduated from the Lisbon University Faculty of Architecture in 1993 and joined the Design Resorts team in 2006. He has worked in several architectural studios and has been responsible for general co-ordination and the conception and development of various kinds of projects: from large-scale urban housing complexes to office and residential buildings as well as smaller projects such as single family homes or temporary design structures

Pedro Barata, Architect graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of Porto University and Master of Architecture and Urban Culture at Centre of Contemporary Culture of Barcelona / Polytechnic University of Catalonia, is PhD student at the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Porto. Awarded in national and international competitions, has been invited to present, exhibit and publish in Portugal, Spain, Italy, Austria, England, Colombia, United States, Japan, Germany and Brazil

Peter Siderman joins Design Resort from Dominion Group where he was Managing Director. Previously Peter had a leading role at Adecco Institute, a prestigious Think Tank funded by the world’s leading HR service providers. Before that he had spent 10 years at McKinsey & Company where he held senior roles in three continents. In fact Peter has worked extensively in the US, UK, Spain, Scandinavia and Latin America.
