The project Twistinn aims to create a smart hotel chain that will respond to the demands and needs found in the markets in which Design Resorts is present. We use the term smart to describe the concept that entails low execution and operational costs, while conveying a young and modern image that offers comfort, design and services that surpass expectations. With brand studies at a relatively advanced stage, different locations, including Belo Horizonte, Brazil (Quintas de Aremebepe), and Luanda, Lobito and Benguela in Angola, and possible partnerships are currently under analyses for the beginning of the implementation stage.
